Uprising was formed as a Lineage 2 Alliance in 2005 between Enmity and Reborn. Later, Reborn merged into Enmity when a new clan system was implemented. In mid ????, Uprising invited another guild to the alliance named LivinLegends which was comprised of highly skilled players from Lionna, and many former top tier guilds on Bartz.
Throughout their history, they accomplished many feats in Lineage 2 including winning the first and only North American Battle Tournament and being the first to kill Frintezza in North America. Among the many firsts, Uprising also continually farmed the end game, and hardest bosses, Antharas and Baium. Uprising was the first alliance on Bartz to kill Valakas and the first in North America to do so without zerging with 200 people, using tactic and co-ordination instead.
Along with their many feats in Player vs Environment, Uprising was also the most well known Player vs Player alliance with many high profile players that produced hundreds of hours of PvP videos. The most famous Uprising PvP videos, Uprising Rivals (link), and Uprising Rivals 2 (link), are among the most popular and viewed Lineage 2 PvP Videos to date.
In June 2007, Uprising left Lineage 2 for greener pastures after three years of dominating Bartz and completing the majority of the end-game content available at the time.
Since their departure from Lineage 2, Uprising has been seen playing Age of Conan and many other games, including Team Fortress 2 and Lord of the Rings Online. Along with a four month stint in Warhammer Online, when the game was released, where they became the most powerful Order guild on the Dark Crag Open-PvP server. Uprising left Warhammer in January of 2009, after becoming disenfranchised with the pace and direction of the game.
